Summary

Hi,

I am updating my port astroterm to latest release.

I have also switched devel/argtable (v2) dependency to upstream-preferred, maintained devel/argtable3. Within this change I had to also add USES=localbase:ldflags since pkgconfig could not find it.

Tested build on Poudriere (14.3-RELEASE-p9, amd64, main(c927d063a7ee)). make test result is OK.

Tested runtime on FreeBSD-14.3-RELEASE-p10 amd64.
