www/zine-ssg: remove dependency that is no longer on github (or necessary)

Summary

xcode-frameworks moved from github.com/hexops/xcode-frameworks to code.hexops.org/hexops/xcode-frameworks.

The only thing required to fix this is to change where we fetch from (and I guess the distfile). I don't think the build.zig.zon needs to change.

It also occurred to me I may have only got the first failure. So I blew away my /usr/ports/distfiles/zig and made sure make fetch found everything. But right now a lot of zig developers are making the move to codeberg so depending on when this is merged I may have more tuples to update.

Doing some more test builds, as for obvious reasons, we don't need xcode-frameworks for FreeBSD. I'll have a better change up shortly with poudriere log.
