For each poudriere-devel run, it was reporting:

Warning: signal-desktop-7.84.0 will be rebuilt as it misses
libpipewire-0.3.so.0 which no dependency provides.

The signal-desktop binary does indeed link to libpipewire-0.3.so.0.

% objdump --all-headers /usr/local/bin/signal-desktop | grep libpipewire

NEEDED       libpipewire-0.3.so.0
