Summary

update emulators/elliott-803 to 0.1.18
This adds fixes and additional samples and documentation for the H-Code language.
The docs has a build time dependency on xetex and the LinuxLibertine font.
This causes poudriere testport to fail as the font install modifies /var/db/fontconfig.
Builds and runs on FreeBSD 15.0.
