• Xe2_HPG (BMG: Battlemage, LNL: Lunar Lake)

Remove unneeded patches:

Test Plan

Built with multimedia/libva-intel-media-driver on FreeBSD 14.0-RELEASE-amd64 and 15.0-CURRENT-amd64
tested on FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT main-n273672-4b4e88d9425b GENERIC amd64 with a Raptor Lake-P [Iris Xe Graphics]

Looks OK: -D_DEBUG is still passed when make WITH_DEBUG= and works fine on Skylake (tested both amd64 and i386 inside 13.3 jails).
