Can I use doc entities here? {emaste}, {dch}, etc.?

I think this line should go above the recruitment. Otherwise it also implies that the newbies also were a part of the 14.1 release which is actually not the correct case here.

Approved as soon as you have fixed the two comments. Thanks.

I am fine with it, as long as it works. Please test it, and if it works feel free to use them.

Usually what I do in these cases is using the mailto macro, e.g. mailto:emaste@FreeBSD.org[Ed Maste]. It has the advantage to also work for contributors for which entities do not exist.

I agree with @bofh.

Doesn't seem to work. Unless there's some magic which happens when all the reports get aggregated together which includes the necessary entities, but I can't find anything like that. I'll just keep people's names written out.

I don't think there's any need to make mailto links out of all the new team members.

Ok, will do. I thought putting new team members immediately after Karels' departure made sense, but I see the logic of having things listed chronologically.
