https://www.freebsd.org/releases/13.3R/schedule/ doesn't exist (yet). Tried with and without final "/".

Yep the URL is deliberately 404. I just sent a draft out to developers@ but I'm leaving a bit of time for feedback before I put it on the website.

Don't worry, the page should be up before the end of the year.
