R9:f6daa7eae991: Problem reports: Correct wrong usage of hyphens

Summary

Hyphens are wrongly used in this article. Em dash and colons seem to be more appropriate. Although em dash is rendered like hyphens on terminal (or may be git diff, it renders differently on web documentation)
