Changes:

Add tests: All tests successful. Files=2, Tests=74. Result: PASS
Remove USES=compiler:c++11-lang as it's no longer necessary for building on powerpc64.
Pet portclippy, portfmt, and portlint

Upstream changes:

Add --sort=none option to un-set sort modes specified earlier
Improve error messages for Imlib2 ≥ 1.8
Fix build with clang 16
Fix tests when building with magic=1
