POSIX standard says that PTHREAD_DESTRUCTOR_ITERATIONS, PTHREAD_KEYS_MAX, PTHREAD_STACK_MIN, PTHREAD_THREADS_MAX should be in limits.h rather than pthread.h.

OpenZFS now uses those values from limits.h starting from 2.2.0. Github commit
