This patch contains a new .po file with the spanish translation of the Leap Seconds article.

The patch will automatically create the directory /doc/es_ES.ISO8859-1/articles/leap-seconds/ and place the translation and its corresponding Makefile inside of it.

Do you really feel it is necessary to translate "kernel"? Consider it is a technicall term and it is not translated in the english documentation (kernel is a german word).

I think this makes for an innacurate translation. "Se sabe que hay computadoras que han dejado de funcionar" makes it sound as if it was a rare event, while "No es inaudito que las computadoras fallen" keeps the spirit of the original text implying it is an everyday ocurrence.

Regarding what you pointed out in the other review: if you have an issue with me keeping some of the english words and you're planning to translate any of the documents you could probably bring this up on the mailing list. I'd much rather we agree on a common convention than ending up with inconsistencies among the translated documents. They can be changed later as needed anyway.

In any case, thank you for taking the time to review this. I appreciate the effort.

Hi Warren, I ran make po again and went trhough the article again. I didn't notice any changes in the english text, so let me know if there's something I missed (maybe the change was a whitespace fix or something).

Anyway, here's the new diff, I added the SVN keywords for the Makefile and the .po file that I had previously forgotten.
