I tried build of them with poudriere and 13.1-RELEASE amd64 jail. And
following 3 ports failed to be built.

french/aster
french/homard
net-mgmt/smokeping

But all of them also fails to be built without this commit. So it
doesn't introduce any new build error.

• Remove 'Created on' line from Tools/scripts/checksum.sh.
