Summary

I have:

• added a new author entry;
• updated the list of Developers and Contributors;
• added a new record to the news section;
• added my PGP key.

I'll need this as a git commit exported along with the commit message by email initially for the first commits; there's instructions on how to do this for release engineering https://wiki.freebsd.org/Releng/ChangeRequestGuidelines ; search for git format-patch / git send-email; just send it to bz@ not to re@ !

I have to admit that I need to go and check the docs tree myself as it's no longer SGML but it seems to look good :-)
