Add Indonesian translation of _index.adoc and the Mailing List FAQ

Hi.

Good work, it's building 99% fine.

Unresolved directive in <stdin> - include::shared/attributes/attributes-id.adoc[] include::shared/id/teams.adoc[] include::shared/id/mailing-lists.adoc[] include::shared/id/urls.adoc[] :imagesdir: ../../../images/articles/mailing-list-faq/

These files are necessary because id is a new language:

shared/id/
  mailing-lists.adoc
  teams.adoc
  urls.adoc

shared/attributes/attributes-id.adoc

Copy those from another language, and change accordingly.

Another thing, add the PO file to the repository.

And in parallel, I'll check if there is any FreeBSD developer who speaks Indonesian to help review.

If we can't find it, don't worry. I can do the first reviews by translating the article back to English. =)

I'm looking forward to adding this new language to the tree.

We are still waiting for the translation part review, but don't worry because we also need to wait for the doc/slush [1] finish.

Hi.

I reviewed the translation through Google Translate, and it seems fine to me.

I noticed all mailing lists entries are mailing list (singular) in the translation.
So then I found this, just checking, but I think this is fine here, right?

besides the link issue, we are good to go here.

fix this (can be manual)... it's a bug in po4a.
it was fixed in po4a-0.66_1

Not a native speaker, but I checked WALS, which tells me that marking the plural in Indonesian is indeed completely optional (https://wals.info/valuesets/34A-ind)
