240–241	Should "ftp" be left for those who support FTP and other protocols, eg FTPv6 (here) and rsync (below)? I can't think of a reason to remove it only from mirrors that support nothing else.

240–241	Sigh, committed before looking, sorry. But yes, that's the idea. So, from what I can tell I've left all the "(ftp / ftpv6)" entries, removing only "(ftp)" alone.
