I tried to reach knu@ via two different e-mail addresses and GitHub over the last weeks, but got no respone, so I'd commit this on maintainer timeout once I get clearance here. Proposed commit message:

I tested the localization with sysutils/rubygem-hammer_cli(_foreman) using German and Russian locale.

What ports depend on this and have you tested that this doesn't break those (at least for build, i know it's hard to run test all of them)?
