Summary

This patch removes textproc/gnome-doc-utils, which is abandoned upstream and only supports Python 2.7, from the tree and adjusts all 20 consumers.

I also looked into upgrading gnome-doc-utils to Python 3 but that requires at least upgrading one other port which defines the Python interface for xml2po. Given that upstream abandoned it, it was simply not worth it.

Some patched consumers just build fine without gnome-doc-utils so have minimal changes, most have their documentation (*.omf and gnome/share/help/ ) removed.

Also remove gnomedocutils from USE_GNOME

Test Plan

poudriere testport and make INDEX work fine.
