Use %%PORTDOCS%% and %%PORTEXAMPLES%% in plist

Looks good except for the sed comment above, which I consider optional to change. So, approved.

Took me a while to understand this because I wasn't familiar with the "default to last regex" feature in sed. This isn't wrong, but it's probably more complicated than it needs to be. Perhaps it would be good to simplify this to 's|/|/mq/|' ?

I've opted to leave as is. It works and the following seds use the same pattern.
