Summary
  • Expire after the last version without /usr/lib/libomp.so
  • Drop SOVERSION for seamless transition (i.e., avoid conditionals)
Test Plan
  • No consumer regressed on 11.2 amd64 with OPTIONS_SET+=OPENMP
