New port: x11-clocks/p5-Tk-Clock: Clock widget with analog and digital display

Summary

PR 235823

This module implements a Canvas-based clock widget for perl-Tk with
lots of options to change the appearance.

Both analog and digital clocks are implemented.

Test Plan

• poudriere (11.2-, 12.0-RELEASE, 13.0-CURRENT@r344112 amd64 + i386) -> OK
• portlint -> OK
• Runtime tests -> OK

Minor fixes from the original patch:

• Changed MAINTAINER to submitter's email address (ack'ed by submitter)
• Placed RUN_DEPENDS on single lines each
• Added NO_ARCH keyword
• Merged pkg-plist into PLIST_FILES
• Added WWW entry for pkg-descr
