Summary

Patch files to make validate.php make sense for a package:

LibreNMS/Validations/Dependencies.php
LibreNMS/Validations/Programs.php
LibreNMS/Validations/User.php

Patch check_git_exists() in files/patch-includes_common.php to return false.

Mention:

sql-mode="" is no longer required
build-base.php is what you run after an upgrade
