Isnt that a downgrade? Wont you need EPOCH if so? @bapt ?

Actually, it was a mistake on my part I did not understand Marino correctly and I got that reported https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=229465.

still a downgrade, so still requires a bump of PORTEPOCH
