Do we really need these values here, if we want to just follow English version and there is no translation for them? (This applies to e.g. rel.head.major, etc. too.

I *can* remove entities that don't need a translation, however, that will cause an information mismatch on the page (consider the rel.current.date, maintained here in this file and hasn't been updated, is 2017, while the corresponding rel.current already became 11.2 from the English version).

Also, we shouldn't delete entities with urls in it since &base should be replaced by &enbase. (That is actually a thing to think about, should we change these to &enbase in English version, since release notes are not often being translated nowadays?)

So based on the above reasons, I will happily maintain the whole file. Does this sound reasonable?
