rP474252: Fix plist when using python version different from 3.6.
Summary

Fails to package when PYTHON is enabled and the default python version is not 3.6 (but still at least 3.4). Fix the plist to use PYTHON_SUFFIX (from Uses/python.mk) for the affected files.
