Summary

20.0 includes build time optimizations for your CPU:

  • SSE2, SSE3, and SSE4.1 for X86
  • NEON and ACLE CRC for ARM

We patch this to not automatically happen at build time unless the user
enables the OPTIMIZED_FLAGS option which is consistent throughout the
tree
