rS334887: Change rootgen.sh to use the default ZFS boot environment name

Summary

In the normal ZFS setup used on FreeBSD, poolname/ROOT is a never-mounted parent that all of the boot environments live under. The default BE created
at install time is called 'default'. Make rootgen use that name, so it is testing what will most likely be deployed.
