20 ↗	(On Diff #41230)	I know autoplist requires distutils and it makes no sense to keep the list in alphabetical order, so we don't need to do this any more? I'm just a little confused about which item that I should keep it sorted, like USE, OPTIONS, *_DEPENDS or PLIST?
