With this, we get more than one package, each with a different php dependency:

$ make pretty-flavors-package-names
php56: phpMyAdmin-php56-4.7.9
php70: phpMyAdmin-php70-4.7.9
php71: phpMyAdmin-php71-4.7.9
php72: phpMyAdmin-php72-4.7.9
