Distfiles and packages with unknown redistribution terms are unsafe to mirror by FreeBSD project. I've looked inside distfile and download page but couldn't find a license.

We are currently not distributing a license with the tool while it is in beta. We are fine with people putting the packages on various managers (someone has done homebrew and such already), but we will not be endorsing those builds for the time being. As we move towards a stable release, we will consider different methods of distribution and at that time provide official "support" for those builds.
