Update devel/libgit2 to version 0.26.0

Summary

We have currently a critical security update for www/gitlab in the pipe which requires libgit2 version 0.26.0.

Could you please review the patch and if possible update the port.

tomorrow we hit the 2 week timeout restriction. If you have no blocker issue on sight i will going to commit the 3 updates tomorrow together with the www/gitlab update!
