rS321203: Add HPE FlexFabric 10Gb 4-port 536FLR-T device id to the bxe(4) driver.

Summary

One user reported that the card with the following info is not recognized by FreeBSD:
none145@pci0:4:0:0: class=0x020000 card=0x00ec1590 chip=0x16a11077 rev=0x11 hdr=0x00

I looked into linux source code and this card seems should be supported by our bxe(4) driver.

Test Plan

The user reported that card works with such patch.
