Driver that uses the console driver internals to support an overlayed cursor in VirtualBox.
Supports cut&paste like the mouse support on a std textmode console.
Has been useful to me over the years but newer got around to publish it.
Originally written for syscons back when but I forgot I ported this to "newcons".
