Description

TUNSIFINFO now expects IFF_MULTICAST to be OR'd with either IFF_POINTOPOINT
or IFF_BROADCAST. If it's not, the IFF_MULTICAST is removed.

This is in line with how NetBSD & OpenBSD do it.
