Revert back to not using -DKERNEL - it exposes inlines etc.
Zap symbols.raw and glue to make symbols.* - it's not used on the ELF-only
alpha kernel. Symbol sorting is dead-end anyway once libkvm uses the
in-kernel linker symbol lookup.
