rtwn(4): refresh manpages.

• Add 'device rtwn' to rtwn_pci(4) and rtwn_usb(4) config sample;

kernel will not compile otherwise.

• Refresh devices list in rtwn_usb(4); add 'chipset' column.
• Bump Dd after this commit and r342835.
