emulators/open-vm-tools: Flavorize and other tweaks

• Remove emulators/open-vm-tools-nox11 and create a nox11 flavor
• Regenerate patches with make makepatch
• Sort Makefile and make portclippy and portlint happy
• Remove unused variables
• Simplify Makefile
