devel/lfcbase: update 1.14.2 -> 1.14.3

• Increased in class Chain STATICBUFSIZE from 50 to 100 and TMPBUFSIZE from 30 to 100
• Fix in Chain, replacement of sprintf with snprintf to avoid buffer overflow
