Backport r540756 | gerald | 2020-06-29 from emulators/wine-devel:
Explicitly configure --without-usb. There does not appear to be a way for the configure test to pass on FreeBSD right now (even with extra ports available), so this simply makes this explicit and avoids a warning from configure.
