multimedia/handbrake: update to 1.3.3

HandBrake 1.3.3 has been released. This patch updates multimedia/handbrake port.
Here is list of changes from 1.3.2.

1. update to ffmpeg 4.2.3 in contrib files
2. code style fix of MASTER_SITES
3. update version.txt from upstream's source tarball.
4. mediainfo filename change
5. add powerpc to architectures list.
