www/py-django-caching-app-plugins: Remove port

• The port was required as a dependency for www/py-satchmo which is gone from the Ports tree since 2016.
  
  It's also broken at runtime since r469560 when it was switched to Django 1.11 because the "SortedDict" class was removed with Django 1.9 and the code doesn't work with Python 3 either.
