misc/crosti: Unbreak by using a direct SourceForge URL

MASTER_SITES=SF/crosti/crosti%20${DISTVERSION}/ stopped working for an unknown reason.
MASTER_SITES=https://managedway.dl.sourceforge.net/project/crosti/crosti%201.14.0/ still fetches the same file.
