• Update version 3.0.0-258=>3.0.0-270
• Remove BUILD_DEPENDS and RUN_DEPENDS into LIB_DEPENDS
• Change compiler to use c++14-lang
• Make HYPERSCAN default for amd64
• Remove DEBUG_DESC and DOCS_DESC for the defaults DESC
