- removed black/white notes display from MIDI keyboard input

+ balls can trigger notes or noise in Mondrian
+ Select balls + and Menu > Balls Triggers Note <> Ball Triggers Noise + or press ENTER + if there is no selection, all balls will trigger note (default)or noise
