• Update `databases/recutils' to version 1.8
• Ensure that we always have UUID support by explicitly depending on `misc/e2fsprogs-libuuid'
• Build with encryption support enabled by default
• Allow to build with cURL support (remote descriptors)
• Strip installed binaries and hook the provided test suite to our framework; fix LICENSE
