math/hs-penrose: Fix distinfo

Due to https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=244784
Haskell ports have the duplication of the main GitHub tarball in
distinfo. But the second copy was also accidentally truncated
that caused a fetch failure.
