• Added django-webpack-loader and requests_oauthlib,

these were missing depends added in 6.3.x which can
errors if missing when Seahub starts.

• Removed PYTHONPATH for python2.6 and added additional

directories for Seahub "thirdpart". This can also prevent
seahub from starting.
