science/atom: Corrections

Port changes:

• Add PKGNAMESUFFIX (there's another port with the name 'atom')
• Add DIST_SUBDIR (same reason)
• Remove duplication from LICENSE_PERMS
• Remove NO_PACKAGE (it is handled by license framework)
