• added LICENSE, LICENSE_COMB and LICENSE_FILE_*
• removed BUILD_DEPENDS (it's not required for building)
• changed RUN_DEPENDS (assigned devel/p5-Sort-Key explicitly to it instead of BUILD_DEPENDS)
• added NO_ARCH
• added EXAMPLES option with appropriate target and variables
