Misc. fixes:

• Sort pkg-plist
• Replace %B%f with %B/%f (%B does not contain the trailing '/')
• Rewrote tests using || rather than &&. With &&, if the condition fails then the test returns false, and sysinstall's pkg_add would fail at install time.
