• update to 3.6B1
• remove 'SIZE' line from distinfo
• sort pkg-plist
• make pkg-plist create an empty lib/radius/acct directory (the port does this on it's own, but since no files are in this directory packages don't pick it up)
• add patch-funcs.c to allow this port to compile on -current
